The CCP4 Study Weekend is a hybrid event. This should enable people to choose whether to attend in-person or virtually.
Virtual attendance
There is no cost for virtual attendance.
In-person attendance
The registration fee covers refreshments and lunch on all days plus informal dining at networking event and poster session on day 1, and conference dinner on day 2.
Early bird registration ends on 15th November 2026 – cost is £335 for standard delegates.
After this date registration goes up to £360 for standard delegates, £335 for student delegates.
Registration will close on 6th December 2026 (or earlier if places sell out).
Accommodation is an additional cost.
Bursaries are available for Students and active retired/Emeritus scientists
Accepted payment methods
Accepted payment types are credit/debit card and invoice. Credit card payments should be made at the time of registration.
If you are paying by invoice, please check whether your institute requires you to provide us with a Purchase Order. If they do, please provide the Purchase Order Number in the payment section of registration.
If you are unable to provide a Purchase Order at the time of registration, please provide it via email to ccp4sw@stfc.ac.uk by no later than two weeks after registration.
Staff from Diamond Light Source (and DLS User meeting speakers) should select Diamond bulk invoice option.
