Fees

This year the CCP4 Study Weekend is a hybrid event.  This should enable people to choose whether to attend in-person or virtually.

Virtual attendance

There is no cost for virtual attendance.

In-person attendance

The registration fee covers refreshments and lunch on all days plus informal dining at networking event and poster session on day 1, and conference dinner on day 2.

Early bird registration ends on 16th November 2025 – cost is £325 for standard delegates.

Student delegates are eligible for a student bursary which covers registration fees plus one night accommodation in halls (or subsidised accommodation in the hotel).

This year we are introducing a bursary for active retired / Emeritus scientists to attend the in-person event. This is aimed at non-funded / no-income crystallography contributors. This will cover registration fee plus one night in hotel.

Early bird registration ends on 16th November 2025 – cost is £325 for standard delegates.

After this date registration goes up to £350 for standard delegates, £325 for student delegates.

Registration will close on 7th December 2025 (or earlier if places sell out).

Accommodation is an additional cost.
