Accomodation

We are holding blocks of rooms in the Orchard hotel for delegates and speakers (with both rooms for single and double occupancy available).

Once again, this year if students wish to stay in the Orchard hotel, they will be able to.  We will subsidise the cost of the equivalent of one night’s accommodation in the halls as part of their standard student bursary. Recipients of the Emeritus Bursary will also get one night free in the hotel as part of their bursary.

We are also holding rooms in Rutland Halls for students and standard delegates at a cheaper cost than the hotel for the nights of 7th and 8th January.  If you require accommodation for the nights of 6th or 9th January, please e-mail ccp4sw@stfc.ac.uk and we will accommodate you in the hotel at the price of halls (unless we get more than 10 delegates wishing to stay in the halls on these nights when it will be in the halls).

All delegates staying on site will have access to the David Ross Sports Village located on the campus.  Find out more about David Ross Sports Village
